Admission Procedure

Students are admitted to the first year of a course per University Notification.

  • Except for seats under the management quota, students are admitted strictly on the basis of merit, for general and reservation categories.
  • Selected candidates will have to appear for an interview with relevant credentials, accompanied by their parents or guardians.
  • The process of admission will be completed only on the payment of the first instalment of fees.
  • Students eligible for fee concession will have to substantiate their claims by producing necessary documents from competent authorities at the time of admission.
  • A student who discontinues attending classes without prior permission from the Principal should pay the fee for the whole academic year.
  • TC and conduct certificates will be issued to students only on payment of all dues. For this, an application in the prescribed form has to be submitted a week before.
  • Application for TC received one year after the student has completed the course will be received with a late fee of Rs. 15.
Refund of Caution Deposit
  • After the completion of the course, Caution Deposit will be refunded on receipt of application in the prescribed form.
  • All claims of refund shall be presented on or before 31st March of the academic year in which the course is completed.
  • The last date for the refund of Caution Deposit shall be notified annually in important Malayalam dailies.
  • If the student does not claim a refund within two months of the notification, the whole amount will be permanently forfeited and remitted to the Government revenue.
  • Caution deposit will be refunded only on production of fee receipts and the identity card.
