Philosophy

The Department of Philosophy was established in the year 1995. We offer a UG program in Philosophy which include a wide range of topics like Logic, Aesthetics, Ethics, Indian Philosophy, and Western Philosophy. The syllabus also includes topics related to human rights, environment gender, and values. The department focuses on the comprehensive development of the students, developing their critical thinking and creative ability to discern facts. The department through a dynamic and empirical approach not only equips students for a career but also affects transformations in approaches to the present-day ethical confusions and problems that exist in society.
