Tuition fees will be collected from June to March of the academic year in 3 equal instalments.
However, the fee for a year can be remitted in one instalment at the time of admission. No fee will be collected in July and February.
Special fee shall be collected along with the first instalment in June. Rs. 10 shall be remitted as the fine for the special fee after the due date.
Subsequent instalments shall be collected as notified, on or before the 7th working day of every month, on specified days for each class.
If the specified day for fee collection is a holiday, the fee due will be collected on the next working day.
A fine of Rs. 5 will be levied for late payment up to the tenth day of the due date.
After the tenth day of the due date a fine of Rs. 10 will be levied for late payment.
If the fee and fine due are not remitted within 15 days of the due date, the name of the defaulter will be put on the notice board.
The last chance to clear an instalment of the fee shall be the date previous to the date of the succeeding instalment.
A defaulter shall not be allowed to attend a term without remitting the fee for the previous term.
If the defaulter does clear all dues by March, she will not be promoted to a higher class or presented for the University Examination.
A student admitted for one term only will have to remit the tuition fee for the term and the miscellaneous fee in full at the time of admission.
These rules are subject to change or modification according to Government / University orders issued from time to time.
